Delivery & Revisions
- Standard Delivery: Digital files (MP3) are delivered via email within 7 days of purchase.
- Expedited Delivery: If purchased, files are delivered within 24 hours.
- Revisions: We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with the lyrics or melody, you may request a revision. We will generate a new version of the song based on your feedback. Limit of 3 revisions per order.
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are genuinely unsatisfied with your song after attempting a revision, please contact us at support@myblessingsong.com for a full refund.
- Refunds are not available for “change of mind” after the song has been delivered.
- Refunds for physical goods (CDs, Framed Lyrics) are only available if the item arrives damaged.
Intellectual Property
Upon delivery and full payment, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the song for personal use (e.g., sharing on social media, playing at events, gifting).
- Commercial Use: You may not resell the song or upload it to streaming platforms (Spotify/Apple Music) for profit unless you have purchased the “Commercial Rights” add-on.
Limitation of Liability
BlessingSong is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
